At The Lighting Shack, we want your order to arrive safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle delivery.
UK Delivery
- Free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50
- £6.99 standard shipping on UK orders under £50
- Standard delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch
- Express delivery options may be available at checkout (where applicable)
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day (unless stated otherwise on the product). Orders placed after 12pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day (unless stated otherwise on the product).
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use these to follow your delivery in real time.
International Delivery
We currently ship to the UK. International shipping to Ireland and the United States is coming soon — we'll update this page as soon as those options are live.
Damaged or Lost Orders
